One of the images from a destination wedding I photographed in Oaxaca, Mexico was published in the Spring/Summer issue of Grace Ormonde Wedding Style. The editor mentioned that they choose from 80,000-100,000 images for each issue!

Speaking of destination weddings, I recently attended a great workshop on wedding workflow with Gene Higa, a San Francisco based photographer specializing in destination weddings. All you photographers out there, if you are looking for a chance to get your creative juices flowing I highly recommend Gene’s workshops. He is teaching workshops in beautiful Bali this December…check out is blog for more details. Both Gene and his studio partner Ann Hamilton are amazing photographers. Ann photographs gorgeous weddings and fantastic dog portraits. She also taught a great class recently in their lovely SF studio. You can check out their work at:
