I had a great time photographing (and then eating) this amazing homemade schiacciata (a cousin to focaccia.) This traditional Sicilian pizza is a family specialty prepared with love by Rochelle Maze, a local event planner. This delicious rustic treat will soon be available to all of you, so stay tuned.
